Philosophy
The Bionichead is a website about atheism – written by atheists for atheists.
There is no god. There never was. We evolved on a planet that is speeding away from the center of the universe at an unimaginable, high speed. Though there might be other lifeforms in the universe, they are so far away that we will never be able to contact them. They might as well not be there at all.
It is time for us to grow-up and understand that we are alone. Nobody — no god nor alien life form — is coming to save us. If humankind is going to survive the self-destructive behavior that we have displayed so far, we must take responsibility for the destiny of our species, the health of our planet and the direction of our future.
Knowledge and Science are the only forces in the universe that will save us.
